Fun Phil World (“we”, “us”) runs funphilworld.com. Our audience is young children and their families, so we keep this website as private as possible. This page explains, in plain words, what happens to information when you visit.
The short version
- We don’t ask for names, sign-ups or accounts.
- We don’t run comments, chats or forms that collect children’s details.
- We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
- Videos only load from YouTube when you press play.
Information we don’t collect from children
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please email us and we will delete it promptly.
Videos from YouTube
Our videos are hosted on YouTube. Each video on this website shows a preview picture first, and nothing is loaded from YouTube until you press play. When you do, the video plays in YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), and YouTube’s own privacy policy applies to that video. On YouTube, our videos are published as “made for kids”.
Emails you send us
If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply to you. We do not add you to mailing lists or share your details with anyone. Please don’t include a child’s personal details in your message.
Technical information
Like every website, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) in server logs to keep the site secure and working. We don’t use this information to identify visitors.
Links to other websites
Our pages link to our social media profiles (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook). Those platforms have their own privacy policies and age rules. We recommend that a grown-up visits those links with children.
Changes to this policy
If we change how this website works, we will update this page and the date at the top.
